Funky Monkey: Stylish Samurai

This is my first foray into game dev -- I'm starting from absolute 0 -- go easy on me, fam :)

I'm using Chat GPT/Bezi to guide me through this first one -- I'm leaning on it for learning the engine, troubleshooting, writing code (I can read code), etc.

This whole thing is mainly so that I can get my feet wet, but, you know, it might just turn out to be something...we'll see ;)

GAME DESCRIPTION:

The player takes on the role of Funky – a stylish samurai (70s style).  He’s been ‘done wrong’, and he’s out to become the ‘best in style’ by defeating the other samurai.

A 2d, sidescrolling, action, story-driven, boss-rush, highly customizable platformer.
